<Submission period>

  Submission Period: Jan. 20 (Thu), 2022 (00:00, JST) to February 14 (Mon) 28 (Mon) March 20 (Mon, Extended) (23:59, JST), 2022. This is the final extension. So please adhere to the deadline.


<How to submission>

Submission flow:  "Create an Account" -> "Presentation Title Submission"


Create an Account

  1. Please create an account to log in to the registration site from "Create an Account".
  2. "Request for email address confirmation"  will be sent to your registered email address after creating an account.
  3. Click on the URL in the email. A new browser window or tab will open. If the link does not work, copy and paste the activation URL from the email into your browser's address bar.
  4. Your account will be activated and you will now be able to log in to Presentation title submission page using the Log-in ID and password entered in the information form. After successful activation of your account the following message will be displayed:



Presentation Title Submission

  1. You must agree to the terms and conditions. If you agree, please check "Agree" and then click "New Submission".
  2. In Author / Affiliation page, Please enter the affiliations of all authors.
  3. In Presentation information page, please select your "Session name" and "Symposium name" then write your presentation title.
  4. "Your presentation has been registered (Submission No. C000XXX)" will be sent to your registered email address after confirmation and submission of your presentation title.
